If your Nooie Robot Vacuum can’t find its way back to the Docking Station, please reference the following:
The Docking Station placement may need to be adjusted.
Check that the placement of your Docking Station is similar to the image below.
The Docking Station is not powered on or has been moved from its original location.
- Check that the Docking Station is powered on.
- Put the Docking Station back in its original location, so the Robot Vacuum can find it.
The cleaning session has been paused for too long.
The Nooie Robot Vacuum is programmed to finish cleaning automatically. It's important not to move the Robot Vacuum or pause it during a cleaning session. Place the Robot Vacuum back on the Docking Station, then it will reset itself automatically.
The Robot Vacuum doesn’t start the cleaning session from the Docking Station.
Check to see that the Robot Vacuum is placed on the Docking Station before starting a cleaning session. If the Robot Vacuum has failed to return to the Docking Station, pause the cleaning session and replace the Robot Vacuum on the Docking Station manually.
