My mobile device will not connect to the Base Station hotspot.

The Base Station hotspot is not showing in my mobile device's WiFi Networks list.

Troubleshooting Tips:

Reset the Base Station to see the Base Station hotspot in the WiFi Networks list.

To reset the Base Station

1. Press and hold the Base Station button for 5 seconds.
2. The Base Station LED indicator will begin flashing blue (twice per second)
3. Return to the Nooie App and look for the hotspot to connect. The hotspot will be named try Nooie_XXXX in the WiFi Networks list.
