The Base Station doesn't ring when the Doorbell is pressed.

Problem

My Base Station is connected to the internet, but the Base Station doesn't ring when the Doorbell is pressed.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  1. Check the Doorbell battery level
  • Open the Nooie App, go to Camera List for an approximate battery level of the Doorbell.
  • To check the exact battery level:

    1. Tap on Nooie Cam Doorbell

    2. Tap on the Setting icon on the top right

    3. Tap General > Battery

  1. Check the connection between the Base Station and Doorbell

  2. If your battery is fully charged and you still do not have a connection, re-pair the Base Station and Doorbell. See: Connect Base Station to Doorbell
