The Base Station volume is adjustable from 0 to 100 withe the with the volume slider in the Nooie App.
To adjust the Base Station volume:

In the Nooie App, tap on Nooie Cam Doorbell

Tap the Setting icon on the top right

Tap Audio / Video

Next to Ringtone Volume, tap and drag the slider to your desired volume Changes are saved automatically.
