The Base Station is successfully connected to the internet, but the Base Station does not chime when the doorbell is pressed.
The Nooie Cam Doorbell may have lost the connection with the Base Station. Try re-pairing the Doorbell and Base Station.
To re-pair the Doorbell with the Base Station:
- Press the Doorbell reset button once.
- Press the Base Station reset button once.
- The Doorbell's reset light will turn white when the pairing is successful.
