I am not receiving motion or sound alerts for my Nooie Camera.

Try these tips for enabling motion and sound alerts in the Nooie App.  

1. Check that you have enabled notifications for the Nooie App in your phone's settings.

2. Check that you have enabled the motion (or sound) detection feature in the Nooie App.

3. Check that you have set up a schedule for receiving alerts.
