If you have purchased a Nooie Smart Home device from Nooie.com, you can receive updates on the order status by logging into your account, or via the confirmation email.
To check the order status via email:
- After submitting your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with the order number. Once the order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
- With the tracking number, you can track the order directly with the shipping company.
To check your order status on Nooie.com:
- If you set up an account on Nooie.com, you can log in to view the order status and tracking number. Sign in now to nooie.com
