What if the food won't come out？

Step 1. Make sure the container is free of any foreign objects.

Step 2.  Fill the container with dry food. Pet food size should range from 2-15mm (.07-.59 inches) in diameter.

Step 3. When not using AC power, make sure the battery is charged.
